Nera Telecommunications Ltd has announced the initiation of a voluntary winding up of its dormant subsidiaries, Nera Telecommunications (Myanmar) Co., Ltd and Nera Networks Nigeria Limited, which have been inactive since 2023 and 2018 respectively. The liquidation of these entities is not expected to significantly affect the company’s net tangible assets or earnings per share for the fiscal year ending in December 2024.
