NEPI Rockcastle Insider Shares Purchase Revealed

NEPI Rockcastle Plc (DE:0A3) has released an update.

NEPI Rockcastle director, Andre van der Veer, and associate Laurine van der Veer, have made on-market share purchases on the JSE. A total of 2,333 shares were bought by Andre at ZAR142.16 each, while Laurine acquired 251 shares, also at ZAR142.16 per share. The transactions reflect a direct and indirect beneficial interest for the couple respectively.
