NEPI Rockcastle announced the results of its shareholder election for the interim dividend options, which include a capital repayment, cash dividend, or a scrip issue. The scrip issue resulted in the issuance of 9,806,671 new shares, increasing the total share capital to 670,632,691 shares, all of which will have full voting rights from 15 October 2024. The capital repayment and cash dividend settlements will also be conducted on 15 October 2024.
