NEPI Rockcastle director Steven Brown has conducted an off-market disposal of 80,345 company shares at a deemed price per share of ZAR 134.21, following the unwind of Fortress Real Estate Investments Limited share incentive schemes. This transaction, which took place on June 12, 2024, resulted from the implementation of the Fortress scheme of arrangement, which now references NEPI Rockcastle shares.
