Neovacs SA has announced a fundraising initiative of €0.25 million through the issue of OCEANE-BSA securities to finance their Kinoïde research program and bolster investment in biotech and medtech projects. The fundraising could potentially create 500 million new shares, diluting current shareholders’ stakes.
