Neotech Metals Updates Terms of LIFE Financing

Caravan Energy Corp. (TSE:NTMC) has released an update.

Neotech Metals Corp. has revised the terms of its private placement LIFE financing, aiming to raise between $1.35 million to $2.5 million through the sale of units at $0.15 each, inclusive of shares and warrants. The warrants come with an acceleration clause if share prices exceed $0.50 for 10 consecutive trading days. Proceeds from the financing will fund exploration and general corporate expenses.
