Neonode Inc. announced the postponement of its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders due to insufficient quorum. The meeting has been rescheduled for July 5, 2024, with no changes to the voting proposals. Stockholders of record as of April 22, 2024, are eligible to vote, and previously submitted proxies will still be valid. The rescheduled meeting will take place at the company’s main office in Stockholm, Sweden.
