Neometals Ltd has announced a new securities issue, proposing to issue a total of 101,935,953 ordinary fully paid shares through a standard pro rata issue and a separate placement. The key dates for the pro rata issue are an ex-date of October 15, 2024, record date of October 16, 2024, with an offer closing on October 30, 2024, and issue date set for November 6, 2024. The placement shares are expected to be issued by October 18, 2024.
