Neoen SA (FR:NEOEN) has released an update.
Neoen SA, an independent renewable energy producer, has announced solid growth with its secured portfolio hitting 10 GW, including 8.4 GW in operation or under construction. Despite an 8% decline in revenue and adjusted EBITDA in the first half of 2024, the company generated 4.0 TWh of electricity, a 7% increase from the previous year, and maintains its EBITDA target for both 2024 and 2025. Neoen is also on track for a majority stake acquisition by Brookfield, pending regulatory approvals.
