Nelson Resources Ltd. ( (AU:NES) ) has provided an update.
Nelson Resources has secured a 90% interest in the high-grade Gold Point Project in Nevada’s Walker Lane District, giving it control of the entire Gold Point District for the first time in more than 140 years and positioning it in a region with significant historical gold and silver endowment. Early sampling across the 31 km² claim package has returned exceptionally high gold and silver grades, and the company sees potential not only in multiple high-grade veins but also in larger skarn and porphyry-style systems, with detailed mapping, systematic sampling and maiden drilling planned to start in the second quarter of 2026. In parallel, Nelson has signed a Right to Mine Agreement with MEGA Resources for its Yarri Project, under which MEGA will fully fund and manage operations and permitting, and an 11,544m RC drilling program at Yarri has been approved, with an initial 3,000m phase to commence shortly, supported by Nelson’s strong cash position of A$4.138 million.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:NES) stock is a Hold with a A$0.01 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Nelson Resources Ltd. stock, see the AU:NES Stock Forecast page.
