Nelson Resources Ltd. ( (AU:NES) ) has provided an announcement.
Nelson Resources has started advanced geophysical surveys at its high-grade Gold Point Project in Nevada, engaging Zonge International to run Total Field Magnetometric Resistivity and Controlled Source Audio-frequency Magnetotellurics over priority targets. The work is initially centred on areas near historic mines with substantial past production and high-grade gold-silver samples, aiming to define extensions of known veins concealed by cover.
The survey data will be integrated with ongoing surface and underground mapping to refine drill targets ahead of a planned maiden drilling campaign in the June quarter of 2026. By systematically testing vein extensions close to a major 16-million-ounce regional gold project in a 40-million-ounce district, Nelson is positioning Gold Point as a potentially significant addition to its portfolio, which could enhance its standing among junior explorers and attract greater investor attention if results are positive.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:NES) stock is a Hold with a A$0.01 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Nelson Resources Ltd. stock, see the AU:NES Stock Forecast page.
