Nelson Resources Limited has announced the appointment of Gernot Abl as a new director effective from 3 October 2024. According to the Initial Director’s Interest Notice submitted to the ASX, under listing rule 3.19A.1, Abl currently holds no registered securities in the company. The release also notes that there are no interests in contracts involving the director that need to be disclosed.
