Neinor Homes, S.A. has announced a partnership with Octopus Real Estate to create a joint venture focused on developing housing projects for the independent senior living sector in Spain, with an initial investment of 200 million euros. Neinor will hold a 20% stake in both the joint venture and the management company responsible for the assets post-construction, while also managing project design, licensing, marketing, and construction.
