Neil J. Laird has stepped down as CFO of NovAccess Global Inc. to assume the same position at Ondas Holdings Inc., effective July 26, 2024. Having served NovAccess since September 2021, Laird’s contribution is acknowledged with gratitude by the board. In the interim, CEO Dwain K. Irvin will oversee financial duties until a new CFO is appointed.
