Nebius Group N.V. AGM Approves All Resolutions

Yandex (YNDX) has released an update.

Nebius Group N.V., previously known as Yandex N.V., announced the successful approval of all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting, including the extension of the term to prepare the 2023 accounts, the adoption of said accounts, and the appointment of various executive and non-executive directors. Additionally, the company has confirmed its name change to Nebius Group N.V., reflecting a new era in its corporate identity.
