Nebius Group N.V., previously known as Yandex N.V., has officially changed its name and NASDAQ ticker symbol to NBIS. The change, effective from August 21, 2024, does not affect the company’s operations, management, or structure, and trading of Class A shares remains suspended. Shareholders are not required to take any action in response to this update.
