This merger, approved by the Board of Directors, involves the issuance of 25 equity shares of NDL for every 10 shares of Hinduja Leyland Finance held by shareholders. The merger is subject to regulatory approvals and is set to take effect on April 1, 2026. Additionally, the company has reappointed M/s. Shah and Modi as its Internal Auditor.
