nDatalyze Corp. successfully completed a private placement, raising $150,000 by issuing 1 million shares at $0.15 each to a US accredited investor, translating to roughly CAD 206,250. A significant portion of the proceeds will support operations of Mindbalanced Inc., a recent acquisition focused on innovative mental health care, with the rest earmarked for general corporate purposes. The shares involved in the transaction will be under a four-month hold period without additional warrants or rights.
