NCR Atleos Corporation’s Compensation & Human Resource Committee has rolled out new performance-based and time-based restricted stock unit award agreements for their executive team under their 2023 Stock Incentive Plan. Performance-based awards will depend on the company’s stock performance relative to peers, while time-based awards will vest over three years. Both types of awards come with provisions for accelerated vesting in the event of a change in control or qualifying termination.
