The latest update is out from NCC AB ( ($SE:NCC.B) ).
Nordic construction group NCC has secured a contract from municipal utility Gästrike Vatten to build a new waterworks in Mon, Skutskär, Sweden, as part of a broader program to reinforce water supply in the Gävle and Älvkarleby municipalities. Valued at approximately SEK 650 million and booked in NCC’s Infrastructure business area in the first quarter of 2026, the project underscores the company’s position in complex water and wastewater facilities.
The scheme will see NCC construct the waterworks along with external facilities such as groundwater recharge systems and wells, and install advanced treatment technology designed for high operational reliability. Construction is set to begin in early April with commissioning targeted for 2028, and the facility is expected to become a central, long-term component of the region’s water system, bolstering supply security for local communities and supporting ongoing pipeline investments between Skutskär and Gävle.
The most recent analyst rating on ($SE:NCC.B) stock is a Hold with a SEK203.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on NCC AB stock, see the SE:NCC.B Stock Forecast page.
