NCC Group plc has announced the sale of their Fox Crypto B.V. unit for approximately €77 million to CR Group Nordic AB, a move that aligns with their strategy to streamline the business and focus on core cyber security operations. The transaction, which is expected to be completed in October 2024, will wipe out the Group’s net debt and support further growth. This divestiture highlights NCC Group’s effort to enhance shareholder value through a more concentrated cyber security portfolio.
