NCC Group plc, a global cyber security and software escrow firm, has reported its unaudited financial results for the 12 months ending May 31, 2024, with Adjusted EBITDA surpassing market expectations during its transformation journey. Despite a slight year-on-year revenue decline, the company saw positive growth in Cyber Security and Managed Services in the second half of the year, and Escode achieved its seventh consecutive quarter of revenue growth. The company’s strategic advancements and cost reductions have led to improved gross margins and continued alignment with previous performance guidance.
