NCC Group plc has applied for the listing of 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange, which are to be allocated under existing employee share schemes. The shares are expected to be admitted on June 12, 2024, and will be on par with current shares. This move is part of an extension to the company’s block listing to facilitate the exercise of share options.
