NCC Group PLC has announced a significant change in their shareholding structure, with Richard Griffiths now controlling a combined total of 6.64% of the company’s voting rights through shares and financial instruments. The threshold was crossed on September 17, 2024, and the company was notified the following day. Griffiths’ direct shareholding stands at 3.50%, while financial instruments account for an additional 3.14% of voting rights.
