NCC Group plc has reported that CEO Mike Maddison and CFO Guy Ellis have been granted awards under the company’s Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme. The awards allow for the acquisition of ordinary shares at no cost, with a deferral period extending to at least August 30, 2026. The transactions occurred on the London Stock Exchange.
