NBCC (India) Limited has disclosed that it has secured new work orders in the ordinary course of business with a combined value of approximately Rs. 131.02 crore. The contracts cover project management consultancy for constructing Central Bank of India’s office building in Amravati, Andhra Pradesh, and the new Andhra Pradesh Bhavan in New Delhi, underscoring NBCC’s continuing role as a preferred execution partner for government and public sector infrastructure projects.
The Central Bank of India project is valued at about Rs. 25.52 crore, while the Andhra Pradesh Bhavan contract is pegged at roughly Rs. 105.50 crore, both excluding GST and additional PMC charges where applicable. These wins strengthen NBCC’s order book in its core government-focused verticals and are expected to support revenue visibility and reinforce its standing in the domestic project management and construction consultancy market.
