Navigator Global Director Adjusts Shareholding

Navigator Global Investments Ltd (AU:NGI) has released an update.

Sean McGould, a director at Navigator Global Investments Ltd, has altered his stake in the company, acquiring 195,513 ordinary shares through the vesting of performance rights and the lapse of 110,297 performance rights. Following these changes, McGould now holds 197,513 direct ordinary shares and maintains an indirect interest in 27,121,366 ordinary shares. There were no contracts involved in this change of director’s interest, and the transactions did not occur during a closed period requiring written clearance.
