Director of Navarre Minerals Limited, James Gurry, has acquired 50 million fully paid ordinary shares through an off-market transfer, significantly increasing his indirect interest in the company. The shares were obtained at a considerable value of $10,000, according to a regulatory filing with the ASX. This transaction did not occur during a closed period, and as such, did not require prior written clearance.
