Nauticus Robotics Board Members Depart, Company to Downsize

Nauticus Robotics (KITT) has issued an update.

Nauticus Robotics, Inc. faces a shakeup as board members Dr. Lisa Porter and VAdm. Joseph R. Dyer have both decided not to seek reelection in the upcoming 2024 annual stockholders’ meeting. Serving since 2022, their departures are amicable, with no disagreements cited about the company’s operations or policies. Post-meeting, the board plans to downsize to five directors, expressing gratitude for the contributions of Dr. Porter, the outgoing chair, and VAdm. Dyer, the head of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
