In a unanimous decision, the Board of Directors of Natura &Co Holding S.A. has resolved to terminate the company’s American depositary receipts program, including the associated deposit agreement, effective August 7, 2024. The Board has authorized the company’s officers to take all necessary steps to ensure the termination is executed smoothly, including communicating the decision to shareholders and developing a detailed plan.
