Natura &Co Holding S.A. has announced that Andrew George McMaster and Georgia Melenikiotou have stepped down from its Board of Directors as of July 2, 2024. In a move to streamline the company’s governance, CEO Fábio Colletti Barbosa will now hold a dual role by joining the Board. These changes are part of an ongoing restructuring effort that began in 2022 to simplify operations and increase autonomy within its business units.
