Native Mineral Resources Holdings Ltd. (AU:NMR) has released an update.

Native Mineral Resources Holdings Ltd. has disclosed a significant change in director Philip Gardner’s interests, with the acquisition of 10 million unquoted options exercisable at $0.02 each, following shareholder approval. These options, set to expire on September 20, 2029, add to Gardner’s direct holdings of over 5 million shares and 4 million rights, and his indirect holding of over 3.8 million shares through his role as a trustee and beneficiary of the Sutton Gardner Super Fund.
