Native Mineral Resources Holdings Ltd. has announced a change in holdings for director Blake Cannavo, who acquired a substantial number of unquoted options following shareholder approval. These options, amounting to 45 million in total, have various vesting conditions and exercise prices, and were issued at no cost to the director. Cannavo’s indirect interest through BOC Holdings Pty Ltd is now significantly larger, combining both shares and options, which could potentially impact his stake in the company upon exercising the options.
