Nationwide to Fully Repay £125M PIBS in October

Nationwide Building Society (GB:NBS) has released an update.

Nationwide Building Society has announced that it will fully repay its £125 million 6.25% Permanent Interest Bearing Shares (PIBS) on 22 October 2024, following approval from the Prudential Regulation Authority. The PIBS will be repaid at their principal amount with accrued interest, after which they will be cancelled and delisted from the London Stock Exchange.
