National World PLC has awarded 1,765,410 performance shares to three of its executive directors, with the vesting of these shares contingent on meeting specific performance targets over a three-year period. The performance conditions include achieving adjusted Earnings Per Share targets and Total Shareholder Return targets, with the full vesting of shares requiring an EPS of at least 3.8p and an annualised TSR of 16.0% per annum by January 2027.
