At the recent Annual General Meeting of National World PLC, held on May 30, 2024, all proposed resolutions were approved by shareholders, except for Resolution 14 which was withdrawn. Notably, a final dividend of 0.55p per share was declared, set to be distributed on July 10 to shareholders registered by June 7. The meeting, conducted via videoconference, confirmed several director reappointments and the reappointment of Crowe U.K. LLP as auditors.
