National Storage REIT (AU:NSR) has released an update.
National Storage REIT has successfully priced a A$300 million offering of guaranteed exchangeable notes with a 3.625% annual coupon, maturing in September 2029. The notes were issued at a 30% premium over the reference price of A$2.37 per stapled security, with proceeds aimed at repaying debt, funding growth, and general corporate uses. The notes, expected to be listed on the Singapore Exchange, are part of NSR’s strategic financial management to bolster its fiscal position and support expansion.
