National Storage REIT has announced a new proposal to issue securities, aiming to place notes exchangeable into Stapled Securities of NSR due in 2029. The issuance is scheduled for 19/9/2024, subject to approval by the ASX, which will also determine if the securities can be quoted on a deferred settlement basis.
