National Storage REIT has announced the issue of unquoted equity securities that were part of transactions previously revealed to the market and are not intended for ASX quotation. The securities were issued on 19 September 2024, following an initial notice to the market on 12 September 2024. This move is part of the company’s broader strategy and there are no further issues of securities expected to complete the transactions.
