National Storage REIT (AU:NSR) has released an update.
National Storage REIT has successfully completed the issuance of A$300 million 3.625% guaranteed exchangeable notes due in 2029. The settlement was previously announced and is followed by the notes’ expected listing on the Singapore Exchange on September 20, 2024. Citigroup, Jefferies Australia, and J.P. Morgan Securities acted as the Joint Lead Managers for the offering.
