National Storage Affiliates (NSA) just unveiled an announcement.
Mark Van Mourick stepped down from the National Storage Affiliates Trust Board, where he served since 2015, without any disputes. Warren Allan replaced him and joined the Audit Committee, bringing with him a history as President of Optivest, a company recently acquired by NSA for a deal totaling $8.2 million in cash and shares. This acquisition eliminated the need for future supervisory and administrative fees to Optivest, with Allan receiving significant cash and shares from the deal.
