National Grid plc has announced the appointment of Julian Baddeley as the new Group Company Secretary starting from 1 July 2024. Julian, who has a background as a Chartered Company Secretary and corporate lawyer, joins from abrdn plc. The current Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, Justine Campbell, will continue on the executive committee, transitioning to the role of Group Chief Legal Officer.
