National Grid Transco has announced the scrip dividend reference prices for its 2023/24 final dividend, with ordinary shares priced at 869.20 pence and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) at US$55.4376. Shareholders can access the current terms and conditions of the scrip dividend scheme on the company’s website or through Equiniti. The 2023/24 final dividend is set to be paid to qualifying shareholders on July 19, 2024.
