At the recent Annual General Meeting, National Electronics Holdings Limited saw the unanimous passage of all proposed resolutions, including the adoption of the audited financial statements, the approval of a final dividend, and the re-election of directors. Notably, 100% of votes favored key decisions, with the only slight contention on mandates related to share dealings, which still passed with overwhelming support. The company’s executive and non-executive directors were present, with some attending electronically, and two were absent.
