National Cinemedia (NCMI) has provided an update.
National CineMedia, Inc. has appointed Catherine Sullivan as the new President of Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, effective May 16, 2024. Sullivan, with a robust background in media and advertising, including CEO of PHD Media US and various leadership roles at Omnicom Media Group and ABC Television, will receive an annual salary of $650,000 with bonus and long-term incentive opportunities. Her initial equity grant includes restricted stock units worth $600,000. In the event of involuntary termination, Sullivan is entitled to severance benefits, aligning with her employment agreement. This strategic executive move coincides with Scott D. Felenstein’s planned departure from the company.
