Kevin Buchel has been promoted to President & COO, while also retaining his CFO role at NAPCO, reporting to Richard Soloway, the Chairman & CEO. Michael Carrieri steps up as Executive VP of Engineering & CTO, and Andrew Vuono takes on the role of Senior VP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer starting June 3rd. Additionally, NAPCO has announced a cash dividend of $.10 per share payable on June 24 to shareholders on record as of June 3.
