NAOS Boosts Stake in Move Logistics Group

Move Logistics Group Limited (AU:MOV) has released an update.

NAOS Asset Management Limited has increased its stake in Move Logistics Group Limited, acquiring an additional 1,374,828 ordinary shares for a total consideration of $453,225.27 AUD, bringing its total holding to 17.66%. This on-market acquisition, which has JP Morgan Nominees Australia Limited as the custodian, has raised NAOS’s interest from the previous 16.59% reported last disclosure. The transaction cements NAOS, along with its entities NSC and NAC, as substantial shareholders with significant voting power in Move Logistics Group.
