Nanoveu Ltd. has announced a new proposal for the issuance of securities, with a plan to issue up to 10 million securities under the code NVU OPTCA. The expected date for the issue is set for December 2, 2024. The announcement, released on October 15, 2024, is pending approval from ASX for quotation of the securities on a deferred settlement basis.
