Nanoco Group PLC, a pioneer in cadmium-free quantum dots and nanomaterials, reported the buyback of 171,269 of its ordinary shares on September 27, 2024, at an average price of 12.055 pence per share, with the intention of cancelling them. This move is part of an ongoing share buyback program initiated on April 11, 2024. Post-cancellation, Nanoco’s issued share capital will consist of 197,157,416 Ordinary Shares, corresponding to the total voting rights in the company.
