Nano-X Imaging Ltd. announced the adjournment of its Special General Meeting of Shareholders due to a lack of quorum. The meeting is rescheduled for June 25, 2024, at the company’s headquarters in Petach Tikva, Israel. Shareholders are urged to attend the reconvened meeting to address the company’s agenda.
